Do you keep items in stock?

Generally, no. We keep a small number of items in stock however most items are made to order. It is best
to ring our office to check if we have the item in stock.

How long does an order take to get made?

Most orders generally take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to complete. In some cases, orders may get made
quicker or longer. Lead times are subject to quantity and product required; it is best to ring or email the
office to confirm the lead time.

Do you have any additional surcharges?

Yes, on any cornice orders under 30 lineal metres we charge of extra small order fee of $65.00 plus GST
($71.50 incl GST). This fee only applies to orders for cornice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFTPOS in store and over the phone as well as direct deposits.
Accepted cards are Mastercard, VISA and AMEX.
3.85% surcharge applies to payments made with AMEX. No surcharges for Mastercard and VISA.

All orders require a minimum 50% deposit prior to production with balance due on pick up or prior to
delivery.

All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure your order is correct prior to paying
the 50% deposit.

Do you offer shipping?

We offer a delivery service on our truck for areas up to 2 hours away from our Logan Village factory. We
also offer shipping via transport and courier companies for all other areas throughout Australia.

What do you charge for delivery?

Shipping is subject to quantity, products and area of delivery. Please ring or email the office for a delivery
price.

Yes! If you find an identical product from another Queensland retailer for less than our purchase price, we
will match the price.

We offer a product matching service, if you are trying to match a product or find a product you can send us
a photo via email, and we will be happy to help match the product for you.

What if you don’t have the product I require?

We can design and produce products to your specific requirements, or we can remould and reproduce
products to match existing ornamentation.

Can you curve products?

Yes, we can curve any cornices, dado rails, friezes and wall panels you require. Please ring or email the
office for more information.

Yes, we offer installation to the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast regions.

The price varies for every job and is subject to quantity, products, job location, whether it’s a new build or
renovation, ceiling height, and several other factors. It is best to ring or email the office to confirm pricing.
